Kingfisher Airlines Launches 5 New Flights


Becomes The First And Only Airline To Offer Connectivity To Both Jabalpur & Belgaum From Mumbai



Mumbai, December 27, 2010- Kingfisher Airlines, India's only Five star airline rated by Skytrax, today announced the launch of five new flights on its domestic route network.

The new flights to be introduced are:
• Mumbai – Jabalpur
• Jabalpur – Indore
• Indore – Mumbai
• Mumbai – Belgaum
• Belgaum – Mumbai

Commenting on the launch of these new routes, Mr Manoj Chacko, Executive Vice President – Commercial, Kingfisher Airlines Limited said, "I'm delighted to announce the launch of the third wave of new flights in our winter schedule. Kingfisher Airlines is the first and only airline, to offer connectivity to both Jabalpur and Belgaum from Mumbai. These flights are open for sale from today. The flights to Belgaum will commence from January 10, 2011 while the flights from Mumbai to Jabalpur and Indore will commence from January 24, 2011. The new flights will offer excellent connections between important cities of India and key metropolitan cities and will further expand the reach of our strong domestic network.”

With the launch of the flights to Belgaum, guests travelling from New Delhi, Hyderabad & Chennai will get convenient connections to Belgaum via Mumbai while guests flying from Belgaum to Mumbai will get easy onward connections to New Delhi, Chennai and Hyderabad. Besides this, guests travelling from Belgaum to Mumbai will now have good connectivity with the Kingfisher Airlines flight from Mumbai to Dubai while international guests coming in from London Heathrow and Bangkok will now have a good connecting option to travel onwards from Mumbai to Belgaum.

The launch of flights to Jabalpur and Indore will mean that guests from Bangalore, Hyderabad, Hubli, Chennai, New Delhi and Ahmedabad will now get very good connections to Jabalpur and Indore via Mumbai. Similarly guests from Jabalpur and Indore flying in to Mumbai will have convenient connecting options for onward travel to Hubli, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad.
