Travel Advisory for travel in and out of Bangkok
In view of the prevailing weather conditions in Bangkok, Kingfisher Airlines requests its valued guests flying out of Bangkok to leave for the airport well in time to avoid any inconvenience caused by the heavy rains lashing the country. Flights in and out of Bangkok remain normal at this time.
Kingfisher Airlines also advises its guests flying in and out of Bangkok that no cancellation and reissue penalties will apply on any confirmed tickets for travel on or before 20th November, 2011. Such charges stand waived in case a guest desires to cancel or reschedule their confirmed booking due to the current situation.
Also, re-booking will be permitted at no additional charge for a period of 25 days from the original travel date for all confirmed bookings made on for before 20th November.
In case, the weather related disruptions continue and affects the second date of travel, tickets can be rebooked free of charge. However, for tickets where a third date change of travel is to be made, regular re-booking / allied charges will be payable.
Any layover costs, on account of flight disruptions as a result of weather, will have to be borne by guests.
