King Club

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • For auto-credit of King Miles, Guests need to present their valid King Club membership cards at the time of check-in
  • All room bookings are subject to availability & prior reservations
  • Partner King Miles will only be awarded for bookings made directly with the hotels or through The Park Hotels Sales Office
  • Partner King Miles will only be awarded on bookings made at the minimum room rates or higher, as applicable to each hotel (These room rates are valid for the current season only, and would change, as applicable, every October & April)
  • All room rates are exclusive of taxes & other applicable levies, which would be charged extra, as applicable
  • Partner King Miles are valid per room per stay and will be credited to only any one King Club member, if both the guests in a room are King Club members
  • A King Club member can claim retroactive credit for his Partner King Miles within 6 months of his date of stay at any of The Park Hotels, on providing a copy of the invoice
  • Conversion of PATP Points to Partner King Miles:
    1. In the event that a King Club Member is also a member of the PATP programme, he/she shall have the option to claim the benefits accruing from either of the loyalty programmes, unless a hotel is offering both the programmes as a special offer [i.e. he could either earn his PATP Points or have Partner King Miles credited to his account per stay, or earn both, if applicable at a particular hotel]
    2. Dual members [i.e. those who are members of both the PATP programme and the King Club programme] shall be entitled to avail of the facility of transferring their PATP Points to Partner King Miles
    3. The conversion / transfer of PATP Points to Partner King Miles shall be at the rate of :
    1 (one) PATP Point = 1 (one) Partner King Mile
    4. Each conversion of PATP Points into Partner King Miles for each member shall be for a minimum of 500 PATP Points and additionally in multiples of 100 per transaction
    5. For converting PATP Points into Partner King Miles, members may contact the PATP Customer Service Centre at [email protected] to request for conversion
