King Club Members (hereinafter referred to as "Members") can now earn 10 Partner King Miles on availing of services worth Rs. 100 at Myrah Spa (hereinafter referred to as "Offer").
Neither the employees of Myrah Spa or Kingfisher Airlines Limited nor the families or relatives of employees of Myrah Spa or Kingfisher Airlines Limited are eligible to participate in this Offer.
This Offer is valid from 1st February 2009 till 31st January 2011 (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer Period").
Members should quote their King Club Membership Number while availing of any services at Myrah Spa during the Offer Period.
A Member who has failed to quote his/her King Club Membership number at the time of availing the services, may avail of retro credit of Partner King Miles upto 180 days from the date of availing of any service during the Offer Period, by providing valid transaction details and subject to successful verification of the claims by Myrah Spa.
Partner King Miles under this Offer will in the normal course be credited within 4 to 6 weeks from the date of the realisation of the payment made by the Member towards services utilised under this Offer.
The Partner King Miles earned by the Members under this Offer may be redeemed only for rewards available under the King Club Programme.
Redemption of Partner King Miles earned on account of this Offer is subject to the redemption rules forming a part of the Terms & Conditions of the King Club Programme.
Kingfisher Airlines Limited shall not be responsible or liable for the suitability/quality of products/services offered to the Members under this Offer during the Offer Period.
Kingfisher Airlines Limited and Myrah Spa shall not be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever that may be suffered by any Member as a result of participating in/arising out of this Offer.
Kingfisher Airlines Limited and/or Myrah Spa reserve the right at any time to change, modify, withdraw, extend or terminate this Offer at their sole discretion without any prior notice and without any liability or obligation in this regard.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Law and the Courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any proceedings in relation to any disputes in any way relating to or concerning this Offer.
