King Club members (members) can earn King Miles on their stays at specified The Leela Palaces, Hotels And Resorts (hereinafter referred to as LEELA) as may be amended from time to time (hereinafter referred to as the Offer)
This Offer is valid from 5th November 2008 and is applicable only to King Club members.
Kingfisher Airlines shall credit the King Miles into the member’s account within 4 to 6 weeks from the date of the stay at the specified LEELA Hotels
A member claiming King Miles retrospectively for stay/s at any of the specified hotels of LEELA will be allowed for upto 6 months from the date of stay but in any case within the Offer period. Credit of King Miles for all such retro claims will be subject to the confirmation of the stay/s of the member from LEELA
The King Miles earned by the members from this alliance may be redeemed only for King Rewards on King Club
Redemption of King Miles earned on account of this alliance is subject to the redemption rules applicable as set by Kingfisher Airlines forming a part of the terms and conditions of King Club
Kingfisher Airlines reserves the right at any time to change, modify, withdraw, extend or terminate the Offer at their sole discretion without any prior notice and without any liability or obligation in this regard
All other terms and conditions as appearing on the Conditions of Carriage, available on the website www.flykingfisher.com, to the extent not contrary with the terms set forth herein will apply to this Offer
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Laws. Further, it is irrevocably and unconditionally agreed that the Courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any proceedings in relation to any disputes in any way relating to or concerning this Offer
