King Gold and King Silver members can earn Partner King Miles on their stay at Ananda and may be amended from time to time (herein after referred to as Offer).
This offer is valid from 29th December 2008 to 28th December 2011 and applicable only to King Gold and King Silver members .
King Gold and King Silver members would earn Partner King Miles only for room occupied by a member for his or her own use, limited to one room per stay (hereinafter referred to as Services).
King Gold and King Silver members will not be eligible for any Partner King Miles for use of services at non-qualifying rates; members must confirm with Ananda at the time of booking whether the rate being paid, qualifies a member to earn Partner King Miles.
King Gold and King Silver members will also be eligible for special benefits that may be offered by Ananda under this arrangement as communicated to them from time to time. Members must quote their King Club Membership number and produce valid King Club Membership card to avail of such benefits and privileges.
King Club shall credit the Partner King Miles into the King Gold and King Silver members account normally within 4-6 weeks from the date of availing of the services at Ananda.
King Gold and King Silver members will be allowed to claim Partner King Miles retrospectively for up to 180 days for services availed of during the Offer Period, subject to the confirmation of the stay/s of the member from Ananda.
The Partner King Miles earned by the King Gold and King Silver members from this arrangement may be redeemed only for King Rewards under the King Club Programme.
Redemption of Partner King Miles earned on the account of this arrangement will be subject to redemption rules of the King Club.
Kingfisher Airlines reserves the right at any time to change, modify, withdraw, extend or terminate the Offer at its sole discretion without any prior notice and without any liability or obligation in this regard.
These terms & conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Law and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.
