King Club members ( herein after referred to as “Member”) who wish to avail the services & products of UNICONNECT would be provided discounts as under, on handling and rental charges as per tier status each Member has in the King Club programme ( hereinafter as the Discount Offer ):
King Gold = 100%
King Silver = 50%
King Red = 25%
Base Member = 10%
Any Member signing up the Rental Agreement (RA) form with UNICONNECT would be entitled to Partner King Miles on the airtime billed and settled by the Member @ 10 Partner King Mile per Rs 100 billed under airtime and in multiples thereof. ( hereinafter referred to as “the Miles Offer”)
This Discount Offer and Miles Offer ( herein after collectively referred as “Offer”) is valid from 1st September, 2008 till 23rd July, 2009 (Offer Period) and is applicable only to those Members who have signed the RA with Uniconnect during the Offer Period
Neither the employees of Uniconnect or Kingfisher Airlines nor the families or relatives of employees of Uniconnect or Kingfisher Airlines are eligible to participate in the Offer.
Members must quote their King Club membership number and produce the King Club card at the time of signing the RA to avail of the Offer
All partner king Miles availed under the Offer would be credited to the Members account within 6 weeks from the date of settling the payments on the RA.
If a Member fails to quote /provide his King Club membership number Members may retroactively claim Partner King Miles no later than 6 months from the date of the settling the payments on the RA.
Members must support the retro claim with a copy of the invoice. All retro claims will be verified with Uniconnect and Partner King Miles will be credited to all valid claims authenticated by UNICONNECT.
Kingfisher Airlines and Uniconnect shall not be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever that may be suffered by any Member or any other person as a result of participating in the Offer.
Kingfisher Airlines and/or Uniconnect reserve the rights at any time to change, modify, withdraw, extend or terminate the Offer at their sole discretion without any prior notice and without any liability or obligation in this reg.ard
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Laws. Further, it is irrevocably and unconditionally agreed that the Courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any proceedings in relation to any disputes in any way relating to or concerning this Offer.
