TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • King Club members (Members)can earn King Miles ( Partner King Miles) and avail discounts on using car rental services of Sixt Car Rentals (Sixt) (herein after referred to as “Services”)  in accordance with the below terms and conditions.
  • 2 Members would earn Partner King Miles as per slabs indicated below on qualifying rates stipulated by Sixt for the use of the Services;

    Services Partner King Miles credited
    Sixt rent a car 200 King Miles in India
    500 King Miles worldwide
    Sixt holiday cars 500 King Miles worldwide
    Sixt limousine service 200 King Miles in India
    1000 King Miles worldwide
    Sixt leasing 5000 King Miles for leasing in India and worldwide

  • The offer under this arrangement is valid from to 5th November 2008 till 4th November 2010.
  • Members will not be eligible for any Partner King Miles for use of Services at non-qualifying rates, Members must confirm with Sixt at the time of booking whether the rate being paid by them qualify to earn Partner King Miles. 
  • Members must quote their King Club Membership number at the time of booking the Services, to avail Partner King Miles and discount in rates for the Services.  
  • Partner King Miles earn for availing the Services will be reflected in the Members account within 4 to 6 weeks from the date of utilization of Services.
  • Member will be allowed to claim Partner King Miles retrospectively for up to 180 days for Services availed during the Offer Period, subject to confirmation from Sixt on the Services availed.
  • No retrospective benefit of discounts will be provided by Sixt to Members who have forgotten to quote their Membership number at the time of availing the Services, during the Offer Period.
  • Members will also be eligible for special benefits under this arrangement as may be communicated to Members from time to time.  Members must quote their King Club Membership number and produce the King Club card to avail such benefits and privileges.
  • Members will be eligible for Partner King Miles only for Services availed for the Member’s own use and will only be credited in the name of the Member whose Membership number has been used for availing the Services.
  • Kingfisher Airlines Limited and /or Sixt reserve the right at any time to change, modify, withdraw, extend or terminate this arrangement or any benefit arising out of this arrangement at their sole discretion without any prior notice and any liability or obligation in this regard.
  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Law and shall be irrevocably and unconditionally subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.
