King Club members (Members) earn 10 Partner King Miles on a spent of Rs. 100 at any participating outlets of Serena Spa. (hereinafter referred to as Offer)
Neither the employees of Serena Spa or Kingfisher Airlines nor the families or relatives of employees of Serena Spa or Kingfisher Airlines are eligible to participate in the Promotion.
This Offer is valid from 5th November 2008 till 4th November 2010 (Offer Period).
Members should provide their King Club membership number while utilizing services of Serena spa at participating outlets of Serena Spa to earn Partner King Miles.
Members failing to register their King Club membership number at the time of utilizing the services, may be able to avail of retro-credit of Partner King Miles upto 180 days from the date of availing of the service but in any case within the Offer Period, for which Members would be required to provide transaction details, along with a copy of the invoice. Partner King Miles would be credited only on successful verification of the claims by Serena Spa.
Partner King Miles under this Offer would be credited within 4-6 weeks from the date of the utilization of the services at Serena Spa outlets.
The Partner King Miles earned by the Members under this Offer may be redeemed only for the rewards available under the King Club programme.
This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offers of Kingfisher Airlines or Serena Spa.
Kingfisher Airlines and Serena Spa shall not be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever that may be suffered by any Member as a result of participating in the Offer.
Kingfisher Airlines and/or Serena Spa reserve the rights at any time to change, modify, withdraw, extend or terminate the Offer at their sole discretion without any prior notice and without any liability or obligation in this regard.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Laws. Further, it is irrevocably and unconditionally agreed that the Courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any proceedings in relation to any disputes in any way relating to or concerning this Offer.
