King Club members (hereinafter referred to as "Members") can avail of special discounts on services as detailed below at the Jean-Claude Biguine salons (hereinafter referred to as "Salon") in India (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer")
1.King Gold members would get a discount of 15%
2.King Silver members would get a discount of 10%
3.King Red members would get a discount of 5%
This Offer is not applicable to Base members of King Club
This Offer would be applicable at the salons only if the Member is physically present at the time of availing of the Offer
This Offer would be valid only on presentation of a valid King Club Membership card and proof of identity of the Member
This Offer is valid till 31st November 2009
This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other discounts or offers
Kingfisher Airlines Limited will not be responsible for any services provided by the Salon and any discrepancies arising there to shall be settled between the Member and Salon
Kingfisher Airlines Limited reserves the right at any time to change, modify, withdraw, extend or terminate this Offer at its sole discretion, without any prior notice and without any liability or obligation in this regard
All other Terms and Conditions as appearing on the Conditions of Carriage, available on the website www.flykingfisher.com to the extent not contrary with the terms set forth herein will apply to this Offer
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Laws. Further, it is irrevocably and unconditionally agreed that the Courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any proceedings in relation to any disputes in any way relating to or concerning this Offer
