TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) Spend linked ticket offer

  • This offer is applicable to King Club members who are primary card members of the American Express Kingfisher First Co branded Platinum credit card only.
  • The offer is applicable on any sector within India
  • The ticket may be issued to any name requested by the Member.
  • These tickets are not eligible for earning King Miles.
  • Blackout dates would be applicable to such tickets.
  • These tickets are booked under a specific booking class.  When the seats reserved under the said class on any given flight is full, applications for redemptions of these tickets on the said flight cannot be processed.
  • Kingfisher Airlines reserves the right to limit the number of seats made available for Amex Redemption at its absolute discretion and without requirement of giving any prior notice to the Member.
  • These tickets are subject to the rules and restrictions of the appropriate governments and governmental entities.
  • Sale, purchase or barter of these tickets is not permitted and will be considered as breach of these Terms and Conditions. Tickets issued under this offer do not have any monetary refund value.
  • Tickets under this offer would be valid for travel on domestic routes on KFA only
  • A request for this redemption offer will not be considered valid unless completed in all respects and duly submitted by the Member. Kingfisher Airlines reserves the right to verify the signature on the request form submitted by the Member with the signature on the enrollment form or proof of identity provided by the Member.
  • No open dated ticket  shall be issued  as per this arrangement
  • Tickets issued under this offer will be non cashable and non transferable
  • The free  tickets under this offer will be limited to the basic fare only and all applicable taxes/levies/surcharges etc shall be borne by the American Express Kingfisher First credit card holder.
  • The Guest will be responsible for all other expenses and any other charges, claims or liabilities arising in relation to the use of this offer.
  • These rewards would be applicable for the shortest and most direct route for the sector availed of.
  • Changes & Cancellation of Rewards
    • Tickets once issued cannot be changed or extended under any circumstances.
    • In the event of a no show(Members or Guests who do not present themselves in time for their booked flight), the ticket stands forfeited and shall be deemed as utilized, all taxes paid would be refunded.

2)  This is the companion free offer, where if a card member purchases tickets on Kingfisher first, he would be entitled to take a companion with a 50% redemption charges

  • King Club members who are primary card holders of the American Express Kingfisher First Co branded Platinum credit card.
  • This offer allows applicable members to a 50% discount on redemption of Miles for a companion against purchase of a full fare revenue ticket on Kingfisher First.
  • The  companion ticket redeemed must be on the same sector or itinerary of the Kingfisher Airlines Ticket issued to the King Club member(referred to as primary itinerary hereafter) availing of this offer
  • Any changes to the  Primary itinerary would effect the itinerary of the redeemed ticket
  • This offer is not applicable on tickets issued against a coupon fare
  • Should the member want to change the Primary itinerary to another date/sector, the changes would be replicated to the redemption booking as well.
  • Where the primary itinerary is booked for more than one sector or including a stopover, the miles redeemed will be the sum of Miles applicable for each of the sector.
  • This offer is applicable only on sectors which offer the Kingfisher First routes.
  • Notwithstanding the above, all other King Club redemption rules apply.

3) 5000 Bonus Miles on usage of first KF first travel, post acquisition of the karat card

  • This offer is applicable to King Club members who are primary card holders of the American Express Kingfisher First Co branded Platinum credit card only.
  • This offer is applicable to members taking their first flight on Kingfisher Airlines on a revenue class booking post their acquiring the American Express Kingfisher First Co branded Platinum credit card
  • This offer can be availed of only once during the term of membership with King Club
  • Members must quote their numbers at the time of booking and checking in at for the flight
  • Where members have quoted their numbers successfully at the time of booking or checking in, the bonus miles applicable will be credited to the members account within 4 weeks from the date of the flight
  • The bonus miles credited will be over and above the regular King Miles that the member will earn on that flight
  • These Bonus miles will not qualify towards tier qualification or retention
