Kingfisher Airlines, India`s favourite airline, today announced that it will be launching daily non-stop flights connecting Udaipur with Mumbai. With the launch of these new services, Kingfisher Airlines will have 248 departures a day with a route network serving 43 destinations with a fleet of 39 brand new aircraft. The total number of weekly flights operated by Kingfisher Airlines across its entire route network goes up to 1724 with 28 flights operating out of Udaipur.

These flights will commence from January 3, 2008 and will be operated using a brand new Airbus A319 aircraft with Kingfisher Class featuring personalized in-flight entertainment on every seat, gourmet cuisine and world class service.

Currently, Kingfisher Airlines connects Udaipur with Aurangabad, Jaipur, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. The launch of a daily service to Mumbai comes within weeks of Kingfisher Airlines` launch of operations in Udaipur.

The new services connecting Udaipur to Mumbai and Mumbai to Udaipur will be operating at very convenient afternoon timings in both directions. The launch of this new route by Kingfisher Airlines will also mean that guests flying from Bangalore, Cochin Kolkotta,  Chennai, Hyderabad, Indore & Mangalore into Udaipur will now be able to avail of a much wider choice of connecting flights from these cities, into Udaipur. Similarly, guests intending to fly out from Udaipur to any of these cities will now be able to enjoy a much wider choice of connecting flights on the same day.
