Job Details
Education & Background:
• | Undergraduate / Graduate in any stream |
• | Minimum 1 year of prior BPO/ Call Centre experience |
• | Freshers who have completed graduation may also apply |
• | Excellent written and oral communication |
• | Must possess a neutral accent with no regional language influence |
• | Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) |
• | Should be willing to work in shifts |
Key Job Responsibilities:
• | Call Handling (Inbound & outbound) |
• | Understand customer queries/ requests and act accordingly |
• | Keep abreast with product knowledge, policies and procedures |
• | To perform reservation functions: ticketing, re-booking, cancellations and refunds |
