- Check in can be done at New Delhi Metro Station for all domestic flights.
- Cost of the metro ride to Terminal 3 at the Airport (T3) is a separate cost and will be borne directly by you; Kingfisher Airlines is not involved in this process. Kingfisher Airlines is also not responsible for any disruption in the Metro services which may affect your timely arrival at the boarding gate.
- You can purchase tickets at the Kingfisher Airlines Check-in counter at the Metro station; mode of payment currently accepted is credit card only.
- You can check-in, collect your boarding pass, and check in your baggage with the Kingfisher Airlines staff present at New Delhi Metro station.
- If you are carrying excess baggage, payment of excess baggage charges can be made at the Metro station through Credit Card only. If the mode of payment is cash, your baggage will be accepted at the Metro Check-in; however, the boarding card will be issued only at the Airport Ticketing Office on payment of excess baggage charges.
- Registered baggage will be transferred by the Delhi Metro team directly to T3 and further by DIAL to baggage area. You are not required to indentify your baggage at T3 unless the same is required by Airport Security.
- The check in counters at New Delhi Metro Station will close 2hours 30 minutes prior to flight departure.
- After check in at New Delhi Metro station, you have to report directly to the Kingfisher Airlines Terminal 3 domestic boarding gates; boarding gates will close 20mins prior to flight departure.
- We regret that provisions of assistance for guests with special needs may not be available at metro stations. Required assistance can be availed at the airport with prior intimation.
