You are covered from the start date of your policy till the end date of your policy. This will be confirmed on your policy certificate.

You may be prompted to send us original documents, such as reports or receipts as we would be unable to process your claim without the relevant supporting documentation. Each type of insurance claim that you make may have a different requirement (for example, medical report, invoice, receipt, police report) and we will always advise you of the documents required to process your claim.
The invoices and medical records supporting the claim should be submitted within 30 days after the completion of treatment or within 30 days of policy expiry / end of trip.



CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT:

This domestic travel insurance policy can be cancelled only along with your Kingfisher Airlines’ ticket. Thus if you are canceling your Kingfisher Airlines’ ticket, your policy will be canceled after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
Please reschedule your ticket by contacting Kingfisher Airlines and the same will be reflected on your policy certificate after due verification.
