Ranna Gill, the label, is today synonymous with style, panache and impeccable sensibility.

 

The journey began in 1991, when the designer completed an associate degree from the reputed National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), New Delhi. Ranna went on to acquire a Bachelor’s degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology, New York.

 

Working under the tutelage of Rohit Khosla, arguably the man who started it all for fashion in India, and Donna Karan, the leading international fashion brand, Ranna garnered valuable experience and knowledge. She further honed her skills with an exacting stint at the women’s wear division of the world-renowned fashion house of ‘Polo’ Ralph Lauren.

 

Subsequently, Ranna launched her own label.

 

Ranna considers fashion design as an art form. She believes that each creation is unique and thus treats the design process as a journey that results in a piece that is individual and special each time. Her signature style is uncluttered and beautiful. Ranna prides herself as a thinking designer and therefore she strives to make each collection new and different. This very effort makes her label a much- coveted one.

 

Ranna Gill has a global presence. Besides self-owned boutiques in Bombay and Delhi, Ranna also retails in the U.S., Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Germany, U.A.E, Saudi Arabia and Turkey. Ranna also has a long list of dedicated clients who are committed to the label.
