Terms & Conditions

Guests now flying on Kingfisher Airlines Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Kingfisher”) on any sector and shopping with the listed outlets in the listed cities (hereinafter referred to as “Participating Outlet”) can avail discounts and / or privileges (hereinafter referred to as “Five Star Privileges Programme”) at these Participating Outlets on presenting their original Kingfisher Boarding Pass (hereinafter referred to as the “Boarding Pass”)

This offer is valid for flights taken on any sector between 1st February 2009 and 1st February 2010 (hereinafter referred to as “Programme Period”).
•
Guests would require to present the original Boarding Pass during the Programme Period to avail of the Five Star Privileges Programme.
•
Each Boarding Pass issued during the Programme Period may be used to avail of the Five Star Privileges Programme no later than 15 days from the date of the f light for which the Boarding Pass was issued (hereinafter referred to as “Validity Period”).
•
Kingfisher shall not be responsible or liable for the suitability / quality of products / services offered to the Guests by the Participating Outlets during the Programme Period.
•
This Five Star Privileges Programme cannot be combined with any other discount offers at the Participating Outlets.
•
Only one Boarding Pass can be used for availing of the discount offers on a product in each Participating Outlet. To clarify, a Guest cannot buy one product and produce two or more Boarding Passes to avail of multiple discounts on that product.
•
Kingfisher and the Participating Outlet shall not be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever that may be suffered by any Guest or any other person as a result of participating in the Five Star Privileges Programme.

Kingfisher Airlines and / or Participating Outlet reserve the right at any time to change, modify, withdraw, extend or terminate the Five Star Privileges Programme at their sole discretion without any prior notice and without any liability or obligation in this regard.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Law. Further, it is irrevocably and unconditionally agreed that the Courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any proceedings in relation to any disputes in any way relating to or concerning this Five Star Privileges Programme.
