- The Partner King Miles will be credited in Member’s King Club account usually within 4 to 6 weeks from the date of availing this Offer and confirmation of the same by getAbstract.
- Neither the employees of getAbstract or Kingfisher Airlines Limited (“KFA”) nor the families/ relatives of employees of getAbstract or KFA are eligible to participate in this Offer.
- Members should quote their King Club Membership Number at the time of subscribing to earn Partner King Miles.
- This Offer is valid from 21st July 2009 to 20th July 2010 (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer Period”).
- Partner King Miles will only be credited in the name of the Member whose King Club Membership Number had been provided at the time of availing this Offer.
- Partner King Miles accumulated on availing such services under this arrangement will usually reflect in Members’ King Club account within 4 to 6 weeks from the date of availing this Offer.
- KFA shall not be responsible or liable for the suitability/quality of products/services offered to the Members by getAbstract during the Offer Period.
- KFA and/ or getAbstract reserves the right, at any time, to change, modify, withdraw, extend or terminate this arrangement or any benefit arising out of this arrangement at their sole discretion without any prior notice and any liability or obligation in this regard.
- To the extent permissible by local law or regulation, these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law. KFA and each Member submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts, to resolve any disputes that may arise out of these terms and conditions.
