Requirement

  • Airline industry Outbound Call Centre background (minimum 2 years).
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Team Leader.
  • Good people and management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

 

Role and Responsibility

  • Capable to handle a team of 12-15 agents, providing real time assistance, quality control and coaching to lift performance standards.
  • Shall be reporting to the Manager Operations or any person designated by the management.
  • Shall be based in Bangalore – However may have to travel if there is an operational requirement.
  • Plan absenteeism and attrition control strategies.
  • Manage and motivate the team towards a common goal and keep them focused.
  • Complete ownership of the Outbound process.
