Educational Qualifications:

• Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering or Electronics Engineering – ESSENTIAL

Experience:

• Minimum 5 Years Aviation/ related industry – ESSENTIAL

Additional Knowledge :

• Experience in maintenance of automobile and engineering equipment – ESSENTIAL

Job Description:

 Main Purpose of the Job
• To monitor routine maintenance and resolve issues pertaining to the same and carry out break down servicing with in the shortest period. He is responsible for the availability of serviceable equipments for maintenance and operation of the Airline.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• To coordinate with customer departments for maintenance of Ground Support equipment and vehicles, ensuring maximum serviceability and availability of equipment and vehicles.
• Shift Roistering and Manpower management.
• Maintenance of Ground Support Equipments and vehicles of the base and transit stations.
• Maintenance planning & execution.
• Spares requirement planning.
• Ensure calibration records are maintained and monitored.
• Ensure fuel and spares are utilized at most cost effective manner. And maintain and control the expense register.
• Coordination and management of out sourced manpower for optimum utilization.
• Liaising with external agencies for the rectification, calibration of the equipments as required.
• Computer knowledge is essential. Should be able to read and understand manufactures leaflets and servicing instructions and analyze the defects.
