Short form video is truly a social medium – the community loves to share and consume video and social media tools offer a great platform for extending the reach of great videos across the web. Kingfisher Airlines is looking for a Social Media manager to help us elevate the power of social media to extend the Kingfisher experience. Help us go beyond our web site and let our community see the great experiences and services we offer. What Facebook fan pages should we launch? What Twitter marketing efforts should we execute? What tools should we offer consumer to let them tap in to their social networks and share the ? What social marketing programs can we develop to drive meaningful audience and business results? Come help us!
Responsibilities:
• | Build and manage online social marketing efforts around Facebook, Twitter, email marketing, DIGG and other tools to extend reach of brand, services and campaigns. |
• | Plan social marketing campaigns- requirements, execution, budget. |
• | Support Product Management and Content teams on developing social media strategies, tools and programs – become the internal advocate for social media thinking. |
• | Monitor social media channels, calendar/scheduling and optimize (analytics etc). |
• | Manage company blog. |
Key Job Requirements:
• | 2-5 years social marketing/online marketing experience. |
• | Expert knowledge of the social media industry including Twitter, Facebook, Myspace, Youtube, DIGG etc (really even more than knowledge – true passion fo these social channels) . |
• | Excellent communication and writing skills – you will be representing the brand to the consumer through social tools. |
• | Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask effectively. |
