Key responsibilities:
• | The key objective is to drive KFA sales performance in the DEL/NCR markets through the implementation of KFA sales strategy across a portfolio of trade partners maximising revenue contribution to exceed revenue targets. |
• | Supports development of advanced selling techniques and account management / solutions selling. |
• | Ensures business plans are met to maximise most cost effective sales channels. |
• | Solicits new and existing accounts to meet and/or exceed revenue goals through a combination of field sales visits, email and telephone solicitation. (20-30 sales visits per week) |
• | Follows up on leads and business generated by sales calls. |
• | Builds and maintains strong relationships with partners in the airline industry. |
• | Achieve assigned revenue target from Corporate Segment (TMC’s and/or Direct). |
• | Develops and maintains long term strategic relationships with KFA TMC and corporate partners. |
• | Prepares an account development plan to achieve short, medium and long term mutual benefits for KFA and TMC and corporate partners. |
• | To be able to actively involved in meeting / enrolment of KC members. |
• | Develops tactical sales and marketing activity in support of sales opportunities |
• | Maximises value from marketing spend. |
• | Manages individual expenditure budget. |
• | Maintain sales professionalism standards. |
• | Provides regular market intelligence and feedback from customers and competitors. |
• | Represents KFA at trade events, promotions and sales functions, including supporting educational. |
• | Contributes actively to a successful and inspired team |
• | Performs other related functions, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit. |
• | Submit sales call plan and post sales reports in a timely manner in line with line manager requirements |
Experience:
• | Commercial acumen. Able to spot and interpret market trends |

• | Good understanding of KFA systems and interpretation of available data |
