Education & Background:
• | BSc IT preferred |
• | 1-3 years work experience in relevant domain |
• | Full digital production or digital marketing background |
• | Worked with leading web agency dedicated digital inhouse role |
• | Studies in online media and / or web technologies |
• | Live and breathe the medium 24X7 – be truly passionate about it |
Key Job Responsibilities:
• | Take weekly and daily inputs from digital brand team on online activation, advertising and content updates |
• | Record incoming brand and marketing requests in activity / development calendar |
• | Oversee and monitor online activation and production calendar |
• | Take up change requests from Marketing Team |
• | Update content after consulting with Marketing Team |
• | Coordinate with IT team and agencies on development, production and updates |
• | Follow up with media agency and publishers on campaign content and elements |
• | Request, file and process campaign and mailer reports |
• | Follow up on estimates, PO’s, Invoices in compliance with accounting rules |
• | Conduct and report Quality Control for web sites, micro sites, banners and mailers |
Skills:
• | Strong project management skills |
• | Sense for usability and user friendly web site functions |
• | Basic knowledge of industry banner sizes and costs |
• | Knowledge of mailer rules and management |
• | Good communication skills |
• | Basic HTML skills’ preferably Basic Programming skills |
• | Domain name management |
• | Sound e-mail marketing knowledge |
• | Experience in CMS such as Wordpess, Joomla or Drupal |
