Job Details
Purpose of Job:
Provide
high quality Technical Support and manage the resolution of computer hardware and
software problems and assist in the maintenance of the systems to provide
efficient computer capabilities at Kingfisher offices.
Job Description:
- Install, Support and
maintain computers, software, printers, scanners and other network peripherals
- Troubleshooting and
Maintenance of Applications, Software, computers, printers, scanners and
networking devices
- Install new application
/ software releases / patches, perform system upgrades
- Perform
documentation, inventory management and other IT procedures.
- Coordinate closely
with HQ IT team and KFA Airport Staff
Candidate Profile:
Educational Qualifications:

Diploma in Engineering /
Science / Computers or Equivalent
-
Certifications in Microsoft / Networking
such as MCSE / CCNA / or Equivalent.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 Years
in extensive IT Support, supporting large computer installation base.
- Airline experience is
an advantage.
Skills / Expertise:
- DHCP, DNS, IP, LAN /
WAN
- Network Printers and
print servers (Configuring/ Troubleshooting)
- Excellent Troubleshooting
skills in Hardware, Networking Equipments.
- Excellent Knowledge in
Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Products
- Excellent knowledge
in Security solutions like Anti-Virus etc.
- Knowledge in Airport
systems, Helpdesk/Service Desk solutions.
Competencies:
