The Digital Marketing Expert is an online marketing manager responsible for coordinating, driving and expanding the Force India F1 Network by partnering with our various business units to develop world-class advertising products and programs. In this role, you will leverage your strong online marketing expertise, creativity and strategic vision, to drive online operations and execution, creating compelling value propositions and communicating persuasive stories to the fans and team audience and our partners. As a conduit between the business units, vendors and fans, this position will develop and push compelling online content and integrated advertising opportunities to the field and collaborate with the business units to develop new content, entertainment and advertising opportunities.


Responsibilities:

Act as business owner for the Force India F1 Team Site, the Fan Network Club Force by developing and executing portfolio strategies based on online and domain fundamentals.
Become the sports category expert to create programs that balance the demands of the brand while managing the integrity of the user and fan experience.
Provide market-grounded fan demand side insights to marketing team to improve monetization of product strategy and develop new revenue streams.
Project manage new opportunities working with multiple internal and external constituent, includes – Agency, Social Media, Sponsors, Editorial and Media to ensure content is out on time and as planned.
Exercise creative thought leadership by contributing innovative new integrated ideas to online proposals and content development.
Understand the needs of a broad set of stakeholders and overseeing the application of that understanding to best meet the needs of marketers.
Develop strategic and innovative content solutions, sales collateral and fan-centric marketing programs.

Key Job Requirements:

 Basic Requirements:
Experience in and a passion for the F1 and online industry.
Proven track record translating marketing objectives into results for brand.
Exceptional understanding of online best practices and how to leverage qualitative and quantitative information to create persuasive marketing messages.
Ability to manage large fan relationships.
   
 Prefered Requirements:
3+ years combined marketing program development or advertising agency experience
3 or more years in the online content space working with Fortune 500 clients
Excellent oral written communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Experience in sales operations as well as working in a matrixed organization a plus
MBA preferred
