Job Details
Educational Qualification: University graduate in any stream; MBA or equivalent preferred. |
Eligibility Criteria: Must have 9-10 years of prior Sales experience. |
Primary responsibilities:
• | Evaluate and activate participation in various settlement programs worldwide in consultation with VP International Sales. |
• | Formulate KFA commission and FOP mechanism in BSP environment worldwide. |
• | Assist field sales units within KFA on all issues pertaining to BSP. |
• | Assist Travel Agencies (worldwide) with their issues/ queries/ pertaining to KFA |
• | Liaise with Revenue Accounts / Revenue Management on various Travel Agency issues / queries. |
• | Liaise with various BSP offices worldwide for smooth functioning of the settlement program. |
• | Activate Traffic Agreements (MITA) with leading airlines. |
• | Formulate process flows with regard to IET, ETCI for departments within KFA. |
• | Coordinate with all IATA bodies on behalf KFA. |
• | Train KFA staff on BSP Rules & Regulation. |
• | Timely generation of BSP sales report for Regional / Area Managers |
Key Performance Indicators:
• | Regular analysis and reporting to HOD |
• | Ensure clarity and accurate information dissemination to all field sales units pertaining to BSP |
• | Ensure compliance/adherence to reservation and ticketing procedures by all KFA staff. |
• | Establish and maintain relationship with all IATA bodies. |
