Educational Qualification:
University graduate in any stream; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Eligibility Criteria:
Must have 9-10 years of prior Sales experience.

Primary responsibilities:

Evaluate and activate participation in various settlement programs worldwide in consultation with VP International Sales.
 Formulate KFA commission and FOP mechanism in BSP environment worldwide.
Assist field sales units within KFA on all issues pertaining to BSP. 
 Assist Travel Agencies (worldwide) with their issues/ queries/ pertaining to KFA
Liaise with Revenue Accounts / Revenue Management on various Travel Agency issues / queries.        
Liaise with various BSP offices worldwide for smooth functioning of the settlement program.    
Activate Traffic Agreements (MITA) with leading airlines.
Formulate process flows with regard to IET, ETCI for departments within KFA.
Coordinate with all IATA bodies on behalf KFA.
Train KFA staff on BSP Rules & Regulation.
Timely generation of BSP sales report for Regional / Area Managers    

Key Performance Indicators:

Regular analysis and reporting to HOD
Ensure clarity and accurate information dissemination to all field sales units pertaining to BSP
Ensure compliance/adherence to reservation and ticketing procedures by all KFA staff.
Establish and maintain relationship with all IATA bodies.
