Job Details
Role:
• | Assist the corporate guests in making reservations, confirming their seats and ticket issuance. |
• | Special handling of CIP’s with their special requests like meal / seat / MAAS. |
• | Coordinating the corporate queries with King Club. |
• | Provide excellent customer service both in person and by phone/email. |
• | Advising clients about passports, visas, vaccinations for international traveler. |
• | Dealing with complaints. |
• | Back-end reconciliation of special deals / incentives / promotions. |
• | Support the sales team as and when required. |
Eligibility criteria:
• | Thorough knowledge of GDS. |
• | Graduate or diploma in travel & tourism/ IATA certified. |
• | 2-4 years prior experience with well known IATA certified Travel Management Companies, dealing with corporates. |
• | Good Communication skills. |
• | Dynamism and ability to multi task. |
• | Knowledge of domestic & international travel geography. |
