Experience:

2 years in Hotel / Airline experience – ESSENTIAL

Job Description:

 Main Purpose of the Job
Ensure contract staff carries out jobs as per assignments and procedures.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Ensure staff has replenished all cabin items as per standard.
Check the curtain, carpet and upholstery status and note it on every flight.
Ensure timely performance from the allocated staff.
If any cabin defect observed to inform technical staff or make CDR and fwd it to AME on duty.
Take IFM signature on the checklist
Send mail to out station regarding observations on aircraft checked, so follow up is done at the respective stations during night halt.
Co-ordinate with the concerned department on the operational requirements.
Ensure proper documentation and files are maintained.
Ensure enough stock of amenities and supplies are in the holding store for the next shift. If not requisite from the main store.
Follow up with guest complaints and in-house issues related to Cabin App.
Take training of the contractual staff from time to time.
Take briefing from outgoing shift Officer and give proper hand over to the incoming shift officer.
Ensure all assets of company are maintained in good condition, equipment and vehicles serviced periodically and utilized properly.
