  1. Any resident of India can enter this contest, except Employees and Family Members and/or Associate Companies of Kingfisher Airlines Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Kingfisher") and Canon
  2. This contest is only valid for King Club members (Kingfisher Airlines Frequent Flying Program)who fly on Kingfisher Airlines between 1st December 2006 to 31st December 2006. No nomination will be entertained after December 31, 2006. Thus, the guest will have to fill in the King Club enrolment form form for membership in the King Club and subsequently participate in the contest online to stand a chance for taking home the Cannon DC 22 DVD recording camcorder.
  3. Guests are required to submit correct details (like PNR and corresponding flight details along with the King Club number ) at the time of registration through the micro-site www.flykingfisher.com/canon only.
  4. Kingfisher will not be liable for any loss or claim or damages direct or indirect suffered by the Guest for any wrong address or details submitted in the contest form.
    Kingfisher reserves the right to match the details submitted at the time of delivery of the prizes and in case of any discrepancy withhold / refuse the prize. Incomplete contest forms will not be eligible.
  5. Winners will be selected amongst all the correct entries received during the validity period, on the basis of a lucky draw.
  6. In addition to these general terms & conditions, the Guest shall also be governed by other conditions specific to the contest as may be imposed by the sponsors.
  7. Kingfisher reserves the right to Accept or Reject a participant at its own discretion without assigning any reason for the same to the participant.
  8. Intimation that a participant is a Winner of this Contest will be sent by Kingfisher through email/post.
