This Promotion is organized by Kingfisher Airlines Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Kingfisher") |

All Guests traveling on a valid ticket only on MUMBAI-BHUJ-MUMBAI sector between 5th November, 2007 and 30th November, 2007 are eligible to receive a gift (‘Gift”) of Kingfisher’s choice on production of a valid boarding pass, restricted to one Gift per valid boarding pass. |

Kingfisher does not guarantee that every Guest will receive a Gift and will not be liable in the event of any Guest not receiving a Gift for any reason whatsoever. |

Kingfisher Airlines reserves the right to modify, discontinue or terminate this Promotion at any point without prior notice to the participants, without assigning any reasons and without any liability to Kingfisher whatsoever. |

It is expressly agreed by the Guest that Kingfisher Airlines shall not be liable to the Guest or any third party for such modifications, discontinuance or termination of this Promotion. |

Kingfisher does not extend any warranties or assurances whatsoever about the quality and/or suitability of the Gifts and will not be liable to any Guest or third party in this respect. |

The Gift cannot be exchanged / redeemed for cash. |

Comments or materials sent to Kingfisher including feedback and other communications of any kind in respect of this Promotion on it’s microsite, shall be deemed to be non-confidential. Kingfisher is free to reproduce, distribute and publicly display such feedback without limitations or obligations of any kind. Kingfisher is also free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such feedback for any purpose. Kingfisher reserves the right to analyze and summarize the collected data and publish, distribute, share the summaries of such data with sponsors or other business partners without limitations or obligations of any kind. |

Kingfisher shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered by any party whatsoever, as a result of participating in the Promotion or using any Gift. It is not compulsory for the Guest to accept the Gift, in case he/she does not wish to. |

In case of any dispute or difference arising out of or in relation to this Promotion, the decision of Kingfisher shall be final and binding on all concerned. |

Kingfisher Airlines shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations for any reason whatsoever. |

Taxes on the Gift (if applicable) are to be borne by the Guest and are subject to compliance with applicable laws & regulations. Kingfisher will not be liable for the same. |

In addition to these general terms & conditions, the Guest shall also be governed by other conditions specific to the Promotion as may be imposed by the Kingfisher Airlines. |

This Contest shall be governed by & construed in accordance with Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Mumbai only. |
