TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • King Club members (hereinafter referred to as “Members”) shall earn Partner King Miles on purchase of services from 3i Infotech Consumer Services Limited (“3i ICSL”) as per the table below (hereinafter referred to as this ”Offer”)

  • This Offer is valid from 1st June 2009 to 30th April 2010 (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer Period”) and is applicable only to those Members who have availed of it during the Offer Period.

  • This Offer is valid within India only.
  • This Offer is not applicable to Members who have already purchased the services before 1st June 2009.
  • Members should provide their King Club Membership Number at the time of availing of this Offer.
  • Members failing to register their King Club Membership Number correctly at the time of availing of this Offer, may be able to avail of retrospective credit of Partner King Miles upto 6 months from the date of the transaction for which Members would be required to provide transaction ID.
  • Partner King Miles under this Offer would be usually credited within 4 to 6 weeks from the date of realization of the payment made by the Member towards availing of this Offer.
  • The Partner King Miles earned by the Members under this Offer may be redeemed only for the rewards available under the King Club Programme.
  • Redemption of Partner King Miles earned on account of this Offer is subject to the redemption rules forming a part of the terms & conditions of the King Club Programme.
  • All 3i ICSL terms and conditions on this offer apply.
  • Kingfisher Airlines Limited and 3i ICSL shall not be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever that may be suffered by any Member or any other person as a result of participating in this Offer.
  • Kingfisher Airlines Limited and/or 3i ICSL reserve the rights at any time to change, modify, withdraw, extend or terminate the Offer at their sole discretion without any prior notice and without any liability or obligation in this regard.
  • To the extent permissible by local law or regulation, these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian law.
  • Kingfisher Airlines Limited and each member submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts to resolve any disputes that may arise out of them.
