TERMS AND CONDITIONS


  • This Offer (hereinafter referred to as "Offer") is open to all King Club Members who travel on Kingfisher First flights on any sector between 21st August 2009 and 15th September 2009, both days inclusive ("the Promotion Period").
  • Every King Club member who travels a minimum of 3 return flights or a minimum of 6 one way flights on Kingfisher First on any sector during the Promotion Period would get an assured gift voucher worth Rs 3400. Members who get qualified for Paddock Club Ticket and Grand Stand Ticket will not get free gift vourcher.
  • One lucky member will get an opportunity to win VVIP pass to the prestigious Force India Paddock Club at the Singapore Grand Prix (Night race) along with return air tickets.
  • 10 lucky King Club members will get couple passes of Grand Stand to witness the Singapore Grand Prix along with return air tickets.
  • The Guest needs to be a King Club member to avail of this offer. In case he/she is currently not a King Club member, he/she can enrol by logging on to www.flykingfisher.com and fulfilling the necessary enrolment formalities.
  • The Participant needs to have a valid passport and should be an Indian resident.
  • This Offer is not valid on any flights that may be cancelled during the Offer Period or flights that may be delayed and / or commence after midnight on 15th September 2009.
  • King Club members must quote their King Club membership number at the time of booking their tickets or at the time of check-in on flights taken by them during the Promotion Period, in order to be eligible for this Offer.
  • In case, the Guest has not enrolled as a member but has travelled on Kingfisher First flights on any sector during the Promotion Period, the Guest must enrol as a member before 15th September 2009 to be eligible for this Offer.  During enrollment, the Guest must log in flight details of all previous flights taken during the Promotion Period. All such flights undertaken during the Promotion Period would be eligible for the Offer.
  • After the Promotion Period, all King Club members who have undertaken the specified number of flights would be contacted by Kingfisher Airlines within 72 hours.
  • Assured prizes to the winning members would be couriered at their respective postal address.
  • To avail of travel on the complimentary ticket, King Club members will have to make their own travel arrangements from their city of residence to the city of departure at their own cost.
  • Neither the employees of Kingfisher Airlines Limited nor their family members or relatives are eligible to participate in the Offer.
  • To clarify, Kingfisher Airlines will not be responsible for and will not pay/reimburse any costs or expenses to the King Club members, including visa costs, lodging and boarding costs, etc.  The only obligation of Kingfisher Airlines under this Offer is to provide complimentary return tickets to eligible King Club members in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Offer. Government Taxes(Passenger Service Fee and User Development Fee) would be borne by the winner.
  • The complimentary return tickets under this Offer can be availed of only for travel between i.e. ongoing travel on 26th September 2009 and return will be on 28th Sept 2009.
  • The complimentary return tickets under this Offer shall be subject to availability of seats in the relevant class of travel. This Offer cannot be combined with any other Offer under the King Club Programme that may run concurrently.
  • Complimentary tickets are non-transferable.
  • In all matters of eligibility, Kingfisher Airlines’ decision will be final and binding.
  • The King Club members will not be eligible for King Miles on the complimentary ticket(s) received under this Offer.
  • Kingfisher Airlines reserves the right to modify, discontinue, postpone or terminate this Offer at any point without prior notice and shall not be liable to any person or entity for any such modification or termination.
  • Kingfisher Airlines shall not be liable for any loss or damage or any personal injury suffered by the King Club member in the course of and as a result of participating in / availing of the Offer.
  • The General Terms & Conditions and Conditions of Contract of Carriage shall to the extent not contrary with the terms set forth herein will apply to this Offer.
  • The offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Laws and it is irrevocably and unconditionally agreed that the Courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any disputes arising from or in relation to or concerning the Promotion.
