King Club members (Members ) can now earn 4000 Partner King Miles on signing up for Portfolio M
anagement Services (PMS) worth Rs 5 Lac onwards and in multiples thereof with Reliance Money.( hereinafter
referred to as Offer)
Neither the employees of Reliance Money or Kingfisher Airlines Limited (KFA) nor the families or relatives
of employees of Reliance Money or KFA are eligible to participate in the Promotion.
This Offer is valid from 1st October 2008 till 30th September 2009 ( Offer Period) and is applicable
only to those Members who have signed up for the PMS with Reliance Money during the Offer Period.
This Offer is not applicable to Members who have already signed up with Reliance Money PMS, before
1st October 2008.
Members should provide their King Club membership number while signing up for PMS.
Members failing to register their King Club membership number at the time of availing the PMS, may be
able to avail of retrocredit of Partner King Miles upto 6 months from the date of signing up for the PMS for
which Members would be required to provide transaction details, i.e the client agreement form number along with
transaction date. Partner King Miles would be credited only on successful verification of the claims by Reliance Money.
Partner King Miles under this Offer would be credited within 3 weeks from the date of the realization of the
payment made by the Member towards signing up for the PMS.
The Partner King Miles earned by the Members under this Offer may be redeemed only for the rewards available
under the King Club programme.
Redemption of Partner King Mile earned on account of this Offer is subject to the redemption rules forming a
part of the terms & conditions of King Club Programme.
KFA and Reliance Money shall not be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever that may be suffered by any Member or
any other person as a result of participating in the Offer.
KFA and Reliance Money do not warrant or make any representation or assurance for the financial or other soundness
of the PMS and shall in no event be liable in this regard.
KFA and/or Reliance Money reserve the rights at any time to change, modify, withdraw, extend or terminate the
Offer at their sole discretion without any prior notice and without any liability or obligation in this regard.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Laws. Further, it is
irrevocably and unconditionally agreed that the Courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain
any proceedings in relation to any disputes in any way relating to or concerning this Offer
