TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • King Club Members (hereinafter referred to as the “Members”), can now subscribe to National Geographic magazine at a special rate as mentioned below (hereinafter referred to as this “Offer”):

  • This Offer is brought to the Members by India Book House (hereinafter referred to as “IBH”).
  • Members availing of this Offer shall also receive a National Geographic Fleece Jacket absolutely free (hereinafter referred to as “Free Gift”).
  • This Offer is valid from 1st June, 2009 to 31st December, 2009 (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer Period”).
  • Only Members availing of this Offer, during the Offer Period and quoting their King Club Membership Number shall be eligible for availing of the discounts and receiving the Free Gift from National Geographic Society.
  • All subscriptions by the Members shall be processed only on realization of payments by IBH.
  • Commencement of first issue will take place within 8-12 weeks from the date of payment.
  • All terms & conditions of King Club and IBH shall be applicable.
  • All or any inquiry regarding the subscription shall be made directly with IBH.
  • Kingfisher Airlines shall not be liable for the contents and/or timely delivery of the Magazine or the Free Gift in any manner whatsoever.
  • To the extent permissible by local law or regulation, these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian law. Kingfisher Airlines Limited and each member submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts to resolve any disputes that may arise out of them.
