King Club Members (hereinafter referred to as “Members”) can earn Partner King Miles on their purchases of Holiday Packages, Hotel bookings & Car rental from www.kingfisherholidays.com as may be amended from time to time (hereinafter referred to as this “ Offer”).
This Offer is applicable for all bookings made by Members effective 24th July 2009 onwards.
The Offer would not be applicable on the tax component of the holiday package.
Members must quote their King Club Membership number at the time of making their bookings on Kingfisher Holidays to avail of this Offer.
Kingfisher Airlines shall credit the Partner King Miles in Member’s King Club Account, who avail of this Offer, usually within 4 to 6 weeks from the date of completion of the entire package service.
A Member will be allowed to claim Partner King Miles retrospectively for any purchases of Kingfisher Holidays products upto 180 days from the date of completion of the entire package service.
Credit of Partner King Miles for all such retro claims will be subject to the confirmation of the usage of the packages by the Member.
Partner King Miles are not extendable or renewable under any circumstances and shall lapse if not redeemed within 3 years from the date of accrual.
This Offer is independent and cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
However, Members travelling on the package on Kingfisher Airlines flights shall be entitled to earn King Miles as applicable on the fare level.
The Partner King Miles earned by the Members may be redeemed only for the rewards available under the King Club Programme.
Kingfisher Airlines shall not be responsible or liable for the suitability/quality of products/services offered to the Members by Kingfisher Holidays and/or its partners under this Offer.
Kingfisher Airlines reserves the right to modify, discontinue or terminate this Offer at any point without any notice to the Members.
All other terms and conditions as appearing on the Conditions of Carriage available on the website www.flykingfisher.com to the extent not contrary with the terms set forth herein will apply to this Offer.
These terms & conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Laws. Further, it is irrevocably and unconditionally agreed that the Courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any proceedings in relation to any disputes in any way relating to or concerning this Offer.
