The alliance between King Club and ITC-Welcomgroup Hotels allows King Club members to earn King Miles for their stay at participating ITC-Welcomgroup hotels.
King Club Members must quote their King Club membership number at the time of check-in at a participating ITC-Welcomgroup hotel, to avail of the Partner King Miles.
King Club Members would earn 250 Partner King Miles for every stay at participating ITC-Welcomgroup Hotels.
Partner King Miles pertaining to the stay will reflect in the member’s account within 4-6 (four to six ) weeks from the date of the stay, subject to the membership number being successfully captured at the time of check-in at the hotel.
Missing Partner King Miles may be claimed no later than 3 months from the date of the stay and may be communicated to King Club Service Centre with supporting bill for the stay.
Such retro credits will be affected only on successful confirmation with ITC-Welcomgroup Hotels.
Dual members (those who are members of both programmes, WelcomAward and King Club) may claim the stay for either credit of WelcomAward Stars OR Partner King Miles respectively, but not both.
The alliance allows dual members to also convert their WelcomAward Stars to King Miles OR King Miles into WelcomAward Stars at the rate of 1 WelcomAward Star = 2 King Miles.
Each conversion of King Miles into WelcomAward Stars for each member shall be for a minimum of 1000 King Miles and additionally in multiples of 100 per transaction; for e.g. each conversion shall be for 1000 King Miles or 1100 King Miles or 1200 King Miles, etc. The conversion/transfer of King Miles to WelcomAward Stars shall be at the rate of 2 (two)
King Miles = 1 (one) WelcomAward Star.
Each conversion of WelcomAward Stars into King Miles for each member shall be for a minimum of 500 WelcomAward Stars and additionally in multiples of 100 per transaction; for e.g. each conversion shall be for 500 Stars or 600 Stars or 700 Stars, etc. The conversion/transfer of WelcomAward Stars to King Miles shall be at the rate 1 (one)
Welcom Award Star = 2(two) King Miles.
Such conversions shall reflect in the member’s account within 3-4 weeks from the date of the request.
