King Club members (herein after referred to as "Member") can now earn 10 Partner King Miles on spending Rs. 100 on purchases made for international calling card (hereinafter referred to as "The Miles Offer").
Members can also avail of special offers on incoming calls and 5-minute free call to India as per their tariff plan (hereinafter as the "Special Offer")
This Special Offer and The Miles Offer (herein after collectively referred as "Offer") are valid from 29th December 2008 till 28th December 2010.
Neither the employees of Clay or Kingfisher Airlines nor the families or relatives of employees of Clay or Kingfisher Airlines are eligible to participate in the Offer.
Members must quote their King Club membership number and present their King Club card at the time of availing the Offer.
All Partner King Miles availed under the Offer would be credited to the Members account within 3 weeks from the date of making the purchase.
If a Member fails to quote /provide his King Club membership number, Members may retroactively claim Partner King Miles no later than 180 days from the date of making the actual purchase.
Members must support the retro claim with a photocopy of the invoice. All retro claims will be verified with Clay and Partner King Miles will be credited to all valid claims authenticated by Clay.
Kingfisher Airlines and Clay shall not be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever that may be suffered by any Member or any other person as a result of participating in the Offer.
The connections will be provided by Clay with special concessions for all King Club Members.
Various mobile phones and SIM cards provided by Clay to Members are for short-term usage and are always the property of Clay. They have to be returned back to Clay after completion of agreement or as and when demanded by Clay. In case of failure to do so, this will be penalised by way of a charge to be decided by Clay.
Clay needs following documents to be submitted by the guest before availing of the services, Clay can deny the calling card in the event of non-fulfillment of these below-mentioned requirements:
Photocopy of Passport (the Photograph & Address Page), for both Leisure & Business Travellers.
For Leisure Travellers – photocopy of valid Credit Card (front and back – we authorise an amount of Rs. 10,000, till the time all the payments are cleared. This amount is blocked & not debited).
For Business Travellers – a letter-head stating that the traveller is travelling officially & the calls made during the trip are official & Company would the responsible for them.
Customer Agreement Form duly filled with two signatures at the assigned places i.e. in the central right side and at the bottom left of the form.
Guest will be using various mobile phones and SIM cards provided by Clay for self-usage and will not transfer them to any third party without explicit written consent and authorisation by Clay.
Guests are not permitted to use Clay products for any anti-national, illegal, unlawful or abusive purposes. Clay reserves the right to terminate usage in such an event without assigning any reasons.
Incase of loss or misplacement of SIM cards and / or mobile phones and / or other products provided by Clay, Member agrees to inform Clay immediately in writing. Clay shall deactivate the number in reasonable time. Members are liable for any charges incurred on the said SIM cards until it is deactivated. For any / loss / damaged products, the Member will compensate as per market rates determined by Clay.
This represents the entire agreement between Clay and Member and all copies, facsimiles and reproduction of disagreement in Clay’s possession shall be considered the same as original and shall be fully enforceable by Clay. The information provided overleaf shall be treated part & parcel of this agreement.

Kingfisher Airlines and/or Clay reserve the rights at any time to change, modify, withdraw, extend or terminate the Offer at their sole discretion without any prior notice and without any liability or obligation in this regard.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Laws. Further, it is irrevocably and unconditionally agreed that the Courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any proceedings in relation to any disputes in any way relating to or concerning this Offer.
