The alliance between Kingfisher Airlines Limited (Kingfisher) and Avis India, now allows King Club members (Members) to earn Partner King Miles and avail discounts on using car rental services (herein after referred to as "Services") of Avis India (Avis).
Members must quote their King Club Membership number at the time of booking / renting their cars, to avail Partner King Miles and discount on the Services.
Members would earn 10 Partner King Miles for every Rs100 spent on Services (after discount and before taxes) and in multiples of 100 thereof, on the qualifying rates .
Kingfisher Airlines will not be responsible for credit of Partner King Miles on non-qualifying rates, Members must confirm with Avis at the time of booking whether the rate being paid by them qualifies to earn Partner King Miles.
Subject to the Membership number being successfully captured at the time of availing the Services, Partner King Miles pertaining to this alliance will be reflected in the Members account within 4 -6 weeks from the date of the utilization of Services,.
A Member will be allowed to claim Partner King Miles retrospectively for the Services availed for up to 180 days from the date of transaction. Credit for such retrospective claims will be affected only on successful confirmation with Avis.
No retrospective benefit of discounts will be provided to Members who have forgotten to quote their Membership numbers at the time of booking.
Members will also be privy to special benefits arising out of the alliance, which will be communicated to Members from time to time. Members must quote their King Club Membership number and produce the King Club card to avail such benefits and privileges.
Partner King Miles will be credited for cars rented by Members for his or her own use and will only be credited in the name of the Member whose Membership Number has been used for booking the Services.
Kingfisher Airlines and /or Avis reserve the rights at any time to change, modify, withdraw, extend or terminate the alliance or any benefit out of this alliance at their sole discretion without any prior notice and without any liability or obligation in this regard.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Laws. Further, it is irrevocably and unconditionally agreed that the Courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any proceedings in relation to any disputes in any way relating to or concerning this alliance.
