King Club members can accrue and redeem King Miles only on qualifying Air France and KLM flights.
Qualifying Air France flights are all flights operated by Air France and marketed by Air France, KLM or Kingfisher Airlines in specific booking classes.
Qualifying KLM flights are all flights operated by KLM or KLM Cityhopper and marketed by KLM , Air France or Kingfisher Airlines in specific booking classes.
King Miles can be redeemed only on flights marketed and operated by Air France or KLM.
King Club members will earn King Miles based on their class of travel as stated in the table above and travel under any other class apart from the above will not qualify for accrual of King Miles unless specifically stated.
Members can claim retroactive credit of King Miles for all travel on qualifying Air France/ KLM flights no later than 180 calendar days from the date of travel.
To claim retro credit of King Miles for travel, members need to provide original boarding cards and ticket jacket or e-ticket copy to the King Club Member Assistance.
For redemption of King Miles, members have to contact the King Club Member Assistance at [email protected] or 020 6644 9400, India. Members will need to send their requests at least 4 weeks prior to their intended date of travel.
All applicable taxes, surcharges and levies would be payable by guests on Partner Airline redemptions.
Members would be responsible for all travel related documentation such as passport, Visa etc for travel on King Rewards, redeemed on King Club Partner Airlines.
