The Candidate:

Ideally, MBA / Master’s / Degree / Diploma in Sales and Marketing with over 5 years working experience in Sales & Marketing with a reputed Airline. Candidate must possess an in-depth knowledge of the respective market. Effectiveness in maintaining financial, administrative and operational discipline is essential. Adequate experience in reservations, fares and pricing will be desirable. Strong leadership and team building qualities are expected.


The Job Description:

In this position you would be responsible to support the sales activities and achieve business targets, this will include analyzing and formulating sales plans, achieving revenue targets, client acquisition, expanding the distribution network, enforcing systems, people development, building relations with government / external agencies and promoting Kingfisher brand and products. You will be expected to deliver the higher standards of services.


Communication Skills:

Excellent Communication skills in English, both written and spoken are mandatory.


Desirable Skills:

Fluency in at least one additional foreign / local language is desirable.

Working knowledge of computers and the Sabre system will be desirable.
